xrt_co: EIS/XRT meeting at GMU

Hi,

  We are looking at a change in the plans for the XRT/EIS meeting.  
David Williams
is working on an integrated agenda for 30,31 Oct. It is likely that  
the XRT/EIS
joint planning sessions will be for 1/2 a day on 31-Oct. However,  
some of the NRL
EIS members are interested in having additional meetings with XRT on  
1-Nov.
This overlaps with a Chianti meeting, so many of the EIS team members  
will be
unable to attend the XRT/EIS meeting on 1-Nov.

  Please keep your travel plans flexible for the next 24hrs while we  
work out the
details.
