Twisted Loops During an Eruption

The above image was taken on February 12 at ~18:10 UT, when XRT witnessed an M1.1 flare. The core of the active region was saturated in this image, but the fainter, twisted loop involved in the eruption is clearly visible. Keywords: Flare, CME Filters: Al_mesh |
