Corona Above an Active Region

On September 16, 2010 at 06:13 UT, XRT took this long exposure of the corona above active region 11106. Interesting and complicated features can be seen in the X-rays in the corona above the active region, giving clues to how the corona is structured. Keywords: Filters: Ti_poly |
