The movie above shows XRT observations of NOAA Active Region
11433
in Ti-poly filter starting from 12:20 UT on 2012 March 16. A highly
sheared structure
constantly brightens up in the core of the active region.
A more elongated and highly sheared structure becomes visible around
14:00 UT. The elongated structure then rises up, which is associated
with the appearance of more brightening sheared loops in the core of
the active region. These sheared structures are hot because they are
only visible in the hotter SDO/AIA channels (e.g.,
94 and 335 Angstroms).
