updated XRT CCD contamination layer files


Dear XRT user,

We have updated the CCD contamination layer file; it is now current
up to 19-Feb-2010.  Our intention is to update the file regularly
after bake-outs.  An improved analysis was used to recompute the
layer thickness; users will note some changes in the computed
thicknesses for times before 08-Sep-2007.
