1) The purpose of this pointing update is to switch the Track 1 target 
to a newly emerged BP in the SE quadrant.

2) The Track 1 parameters were changed in the new pointing table above.

3) The new location of the Track 1 target as of each re-point time 
after the table upload (7/15 08:37:40) is calcualted as follows:
