M Flares from AR13615

AR13615 was hyper-active during its time on the Sun. It continually produced powerful flares as it traveled across the solar disk. Even when it reached the limb, it didn't let up. These movies show the series of M class flares (M9.4, M9.3, and M4.5) the region produced as it rotated around the limb. Following the flares, interesting post-flare structures can be seen.
