New high-latitude AR

Here's a bit of fun: There's a new active region in the northern
hemisphere, at the notably high latitude of +35 degrees. Its magnetic
polarity is opposite that of the other northern-hemisphere AR. Both the
high latitude and the switch in polarity are suggestive of the beginning
of a new sunspot cycle--could it be? Place your bets!
