  At the weekly telecon last night three XRT team meetings were
discussed:
(1) Axion program - Hudson, DeLuca
	Overview
	Summary of current observations
	State of the analysis
	Future observations
(2) Flare Program - Grigis
(3)  Synoptic program - Weber

For those interested in attending these meetings please state your
interest (1,2,3) and availability during the following times:

Monday evening (after SWG, before and during reception)
Wednesday evening - dinner meeting?
Friday afternoon after meeting
