Two Eclipses for the Price of One

Above is a movie of partial solar eclipses taken by Hinode XRT on September 13, 2015. The moon passed between Hinode and the sun twice in a slightly different path. While neither eclipse covered the full disk, both passes covered a large part of the sun.
If you happened to be in Antarctica, you may have seen the eclipse from where you were. The rest of us will have to be satisfied with the stunning movies of XRT.
