The Bubble Flare

Back in March, Hinode XRT was observing active region 12524 when it released a C2.1 flare that looked like a giant x-ray bubble. This active region lit off two other flares that day. These flares are all cataloged in the XRT flare catalog. Keywords: Flare, Limb Filters: Al_poly, Be_thin |
